We will then contact you via email or phone to discuss the next steps in the procedure. Please note that some vacancies might have a fixed closing date.

The selection, test and interview procedure for these roles will also take place within fixed time frames so please make sure you apply and complete the follow up steps within the time given.

Assessments will be part of the procedure for most positions. Depending on the position you apply for the assessment can vary from aptitude, mental calculation, technical skills tests or personality questionnaires. Depending on the nature of the test some can be taken from home. Additional information will be provided once you have been selected to participate in this phase of the recruitment process.
After the initial screening and/or assessments, you will be informed if you have been selected to continue with the interview procedure. Generally the interviews will be conducted by recruiters, team members/leads and managers. Depending on your location and the role you applied for the first interviews will be conducted by phone or face-to-face. All final interviews will be held at our offices. More information about your interview will be provided together with the interview invitation.
If you are interested in learning more about IMC, there are several opportunities to meet us. During the year we will be present at university recruitment fairs around Europe. If you have been successful in passing all the stages of the recruitment procedure we will make you an employment offer. New employees will start their career with an individually tailored orientation program. Some new hires, e.g. junior traders will participate in an extensive international traineeship.
